Wellnote by Dr Darzi provides you with a wide range of functions to help you take more control over your health. Developed by doctors, the app can let you store your medical history, set medication reminders, find and rate local health services, monitor your blood pressure and catch up with the latest health news and videos.

Established by leading surgeon Professor Ara Darzi, Wellnote has featured in a number of newspapers including the Independent, Daily Telegraph and also on national radio. The UK Health Secretary said the app was excellent and a great resource for patients and the public. Wellnote is one of the first apps certified by the NHS.
